Simple Instructions:

1. Crack an egg into the micro-poachie base,

2. Pierce the yolk with a fork,

3. Close the cover and place the micro-poachie in the microwave.

4. Microwave at medium power for 60 to 90 seconds.

Cook times may vary with each microwave.

5. Let the egg sit for about 30 seconds in the poachie after removing it from the microwave.

6. Slide the egg out of the poachie and serve.
